Paul Kimber, David Newgrosh and Jamie Ollie the Directors of ALL DESTINATIONS closed the business down after SAGA withdrew their business from them, All Dest claimed Saga still owed them an amount of money, Saga however state they made several bail me out loans to All Destinations which was more than the monies due to All Dest. So who do we believe? I have my own thoughts on all of this. I am one of the people with elastic cheques issued by All Dest and it would not surprise me if the amount owed does not pass seven figures, Saga have stated that they will not honour any payment made by All Destinations. |

I don't know quite what the score is, and i guess the only people who do are Paul & David. I'm guessing the drivers who are owed are unlikely to get paid now. if they file for bankruptcy, or appoint a receiver, the receiver is obliged to contact all the creditors.
You have to be care-full in this topsy turvy world, discussing bounced cheques owed is legally harassment, and can end you up in more trouble that them for not paying!
Just so you know Paul & Jamie are directors, David is NOT a director, (I double checked on companies house website).
The person who said Saga will pay for all work completed on or after 9/9/08 is correct! i was told this by Saga today.

well the three of them are vey clever , they have done it before , with company called dockland cars .. they owed many drivers before .. and aslo went bankrupt before , i am suprised saga did not look into there background before giving them the contract ,.. ohh well ..
i am sure the 3 of them are sunning themselves in thailand right now ,,
seems funny to me they have an offshore bank account, i wonder if that account, be given to the inland revenue for tax evasion purposes ,,

Hi guys, i too have had cars on for them,
and i have some issues with them too, as yet they don't appear to have gone into official administration or liquidation, but its only a mater of time i would guess. i know the bailiffs are looking for them!
Saga have told me this morning, (10.30am 11/9/08) they will pay drivers for any work from the 9th of september onwards, before that, its every man for himself!
on a positive note saga are now running the cars themselves and need drivers, the number i was given for a help full lady called Ersula Cross was 01303 773673
