Cars,televisions ,PC,s,beer,cigarrettes are all luxuries we could not afford just after the war,we had ration books for tea coupons,clothing coupons etc etc.We knew how to entertain ourselves,collecting jam jars and bottles for the refunds,paper rounds of 250 papers,anything to make enough money to buy some scrag ends from the butcher and bones for soup.What you never had you never miss. |

yes i have, i had a second laptop that i used in my bedroom and had to sell it due to being so skint, i also sold and old engagement ring i got from an ex that i didn't want any more just to pay the bills, i am currently scouring the house for more things to get rid of so that i can keep on top of the bills but i won't be selling the computer i'm using now, not if i can help it. |

i dont think it will come to that most of are laptops or pcs are not worth it ok if yours cost a few thousend the maybe you mite get a few hundred for it if that i bought my laptop 2 months ago for 300pound its not worth that now my laptop will never get sold even if i had no mony for cigs its my baby plus id go dolally like you |
