Was it a complete hassle? And if it was something light, like a piece of clothing, how long did you have to wait for the new product to come in the mail? Additional Details in particular, has anyone done this for urban outfitters?
I have done this with shoes I have purchased online at www.shoebuy.com. They are a wonderful place to buy shoes if you can't get to shoes stores locally. They pay postage both ways, and are quick and easy to deal with.

It wasn't much of a hassle. It usually takes about 2 weeks or so. Multiply the time it took to get to you by 2 then add a couple of days for processing.

Yes. It wasn't a hassle at all. It depends on the company. I exchanged a piece of clothing. I called them, they sent the new item and credited me when they received the first item. Took about a week.

Actually it depends on the company. I order from QVC on the internet. Never any trouble, never any hassle, exchanged product comes quickly, within a week. BUT, that's not all companies.
