I think it's a bit petty over $50, but I always thought walmart had good customer service anyway. But i'm glad you got the results you wanted. i do think it's pretty sad though in this day and age people expect prices to be adjusted and haggle over prices. I mean if you want something and you buy it... shouldn't you be happy you got it and maybe upset with yourself you couldn't have waited a week for it to go on sale... I don't know , I just think people are way to petty over businesses. |

That was the right thing to do. My mom slipped and fell in WalMart once and the WalMart managers FREAK OUT and do WHATEVER it takes to keep you from suing. They even called the next day to make sure she was ok. It was kinda funny. If you have reason to sue, they will be at your feet. |

Not really...as long as the Walmart refund policy said no refunds or discounts over a month.
I refunded this lava lamp at walmart I had over a month ago, they accepted the refund without hesitation. They probably gave you back the fifty bucks because they wanted to deal with you quickly since the quick resolution was just giving you back the fifty bucks. So, I don't think you were bullying. I don't believe that the customers is always right though. A friend worked at a fast food joint and someone complained that their was a black hair in their food and demanded another free burger, however, no one working at the fast food joint had black hair.... |
