I'm willing to bet that they want you to send money to them to guarantee your winnings, or they want your bank information.
I'd suggest ignoring it, or turning it over to your police fraud dept to handle. Either way, it's a scam....don't do it!

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Another thing you can do is reported it to FBI. They have website to deal with these type of things.

It's a scam. Report it to district attorney's office and forget about collecting any funds of any kind.

I hate getting those spam emails....
All spam emails/unsolicited letters and faxes are scams.
As a general rule - ANYTHING involving Western Union/money gram = Scam.
my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country or Accept checks from strangers and never use wire/bank transfer services.. you risk losing your $$ and your mind.
Remember, if it sounds too good
to be true, it probably is! NEVER give out your personal information to strangers online! Always be on guard.
