I am wanting help with getting intouch with more senior members of the PC world company. As i have made a complaint but failed to get any suitable responce.

I purchased a PC line charger for my compaq laptop at the advise of the member of staff in my local PC world. The power adapter they gave me has failed me on 5 occations in the last 6 months on all but the last occations i returned the item to the store and got it replaced.... but on the final occation i had enuff and requested a refund seen as the item was evitably unsuitable. I have logged a complaint first on the 21st September but still not had any helpful reply i every time i email i get a new person and if i phone they tell me to email. can any one advise....!!!!

i replaced it first within a month. then every 2 months. also it was poor advise from there staff that propmted my self to purchase the item as it was not the best to purchase unlike i was advised. (it was the most expencive) Also i did not want a refund i wanted a working product but after 5 atempts it seems a refund is the only option
