There was this crazy 1$ laptop 1 day auction brand new.So I was like the first to bid, I bidded, I got out bid, I bidded, I got out bid, and so on. Eventually everyone stopped bidding and I was the highest bidder, now obviously I wasn't planning on paying.
So now I created a eBay account and just out bidded myself, he deleted my bids the first time, but then I sent him an email saying please accept my bids, he said he had his reasons, he said that because most new user who bid on high 1000$ things don't pay, and then he kindly said he accept my bid. I FEEL HORRIBLE! HELP! |

We were just talking about this in my business law class today! What you are doing is called breach of contract. You made an offer and the offer was accepted-that's a contract. If you don't pay for the laptop, the sellar could sue you and force you to pay for it. |
