Well first what kind of coporation? You will need to know so many things before you actually get to a figure. Equipment prices, employee cost, cost of inventory, building lease and so on once you have looked into everything you need and price out everything including 3 - 5 years of capital in case your business is slow getting started. Then you will be able to answer your own question. |

The cost varies depending upon the State you are in. Remember you can start a company without being a corporation. I would check with the Department of Commerce in your home state, they usually have lots of information on how to start a small business, including whether or not you should incorporate. Good luck! |
