Hooters Interview Question!!!! Hired or not Hired?
So I went to fill out an application at hooters and 1 of the managers interviewed me on the spot and he told me that since the other manager wasnt at work today that they'll call me in 3-5 days and if I dont hear from them by then it means that they chose another candidate. Since they interviewed me already im thinking that i have a good chance of getting hired but im reading some comments online from a few girls saying they usually hire right on the spot . So im wondering does it seem like I have a good chance of getting hired at hooters since they did atleast interviewed me right on the spot?

Depends on the location. Some stores any manager can hire and others only the GM will hire. If the GM wasnt there when you were interviewed then they couldnt give an answer yet.
If you havnt heard anything after 4 or 5 days, give a quick phone call.
