hey,
i used to work at McDonald's and i had the same problem, they didn't listen. Theres a few different options here. I live in canada so i dunno if you have the same sorta programs but there was a PAL program where you could email a committee associated with mcdonalds and they can come in contact with your store. Also, they had the emails of the store managers on the wall of the crew room if you look there you can write them an email |

you should have a friend go with you and ask them if u can have some time off and ask them not to fire you and tell them that you are going somewhere and you wish to have some time off trust me i know this works- |

First off, if you say you want to work more, why would you want to leave for a month? That doesn't make sense. But really, the only way to get more on the clock time is to talk to your manager. Maybe they aren't giving your more time because they feel that you don't really want to work. Pull your manager aside and ask them why they wont put you in the schedule more often. Maybe you just need to find another job. |

I doubt they will be sympathetic unless it is for a good reason, McDonalds doesnt strike me as a place where staff are treated in a nice way.
You should go away for a month and then get a job elsewhere. |

you might loose your job if you insist if you say they are bored...but try the feedback. If they don't answer or answer badly and you don't resolve your problem, think how important the place where you go is.Is it more important than your job? |

You sound like a fairly new visitor to the US. I think it would be most helpful to find a high school, where you can learn English better or find a student there who will teach you. I think when you speak better English, you will do better at work. |

Let me tell you, I worked at a McDonalds in my home town when I was younger and they didn't give a crap on what I had to say or do. I quit there in no time. But to answer your question, I am not sure because McDonalds is so corporate, there is probably no way to individually contact someone other than their email. |
