You cannot force anybody to brush their teeth..one best thin u can do is, tell him/her if they breath bad..and start giving them some mint..or u take it infront of them..after sometime they realise that they shd be tidy..

Buy them tooth brushes and tooth paste and then invite them to brush their teeth with you. "Hey Sue and Mary, lets go brush our teeth. It feels so good afterwards and gets rid of that after taste" Of course this is likely wierd do don't get offended if they don't come.
