Its an on-line information site that specializes in gathering, validating, and archiving financial information, as well as providing investment tools
in which I am offered a share in it. I looked it up in its BBB (Better Business Bureau) web site, its not listed. In Rip off report.com, no reports. Is there any way i can get solid information? Thank you. |

Did you stop to think if you have to look for them they might be a scam.
First, google their name.
Second, try the Florida Secretary of State's lookup function:

US corporations are registered through the Sec'y of State in the state they are founded in..
The BBB means nothing. It's just a scam to make people think member companies abide by ethical practices. |

When a company is in question for me, I go to Rip off report.com. That way I can take a look at the number of dissatisfied customers and their complaints. A lot of times if the company is trying to be sincere, they will respond back to the complaints. The Better Business Bureau also has a website. |

there is better business bureau service. then try type company name on google. but the best , if you feel, that something is fishy, just walk a way. |

Try to find their physical address. You may wish to contact the local Better Business Bureau and see if there has been any issues. Also if you have a large investment you may wish to actually visit the corporation. |
