How can I get a job as a CEO?

A CEO is just a title, a title says nothing about salaries, capacities, or skills you have. If you want to be a CEO then start your own company and give yourself that title. Most CEO's had one brilliant idea, started a company and headed it.
A CEO should have vision, a degree is less important (although it proofs a lack of vision not to persue one). The best CEO's are dropouts (Bill Gates, Larry Ellison).
PS If you realy want to make money, become an investment banker (that is if you're smart).

To be a CEO you need:
a) one hell of a business eduaction
b) you need to work in a comopany for years, do massive contribution to the country prograess
c) be a big share holder in the company you need to own atleast 5 to 10% of the company (no provided its a big corporation like microsoft).
