I had a storm door installed by the Lowes store in Murray Kentucky. I have contacted the store several times, the last with the Assostamt Manager last week who told me that he would look it up and would be back to me in a little while. It has now been one week and no contact from Lowes. How can I get my claim satisfied and the door installed correctly? The air comes in from arount the door, you can see daylight around the door so the storm door does little to keep the cold out.

I had the same problem with Lowes over a defective lawnmower we purchased from them. I can no longer suggest them to anybody- since the store you are contacting is the one you have a problem with, it is not likely that they'll give you headqarter's phone number to call to "tell on them" I suggest calling another store and explaining your problem and asking for headquarters. 731-288-4660 is the number to MY local Lowe's store.
