I believe you should first patent your inventions. Find out which is the closest place near you to do this. After you have been awarded with the patent title you will have the exclusive right to economically exploit your invention or design Then find out who would be interested in buying those inventions and contact them. If someone is interested in buying them you will have to sign an agreement to assign your buyer the rights to own and exploit your invention and they will have to pay to be granted those rights.
It is important that you first patent your work, if you show it to someone interested and this person copies you work and patents it as its own, you won't be able to re-register it as the first registration of an invention is the one that matter and you would have to PROVE in a process that you created it first, so be cautious.
