If you're looking for articles and journal publications, try Proquest. It's a database for business articles and journal publications. I used Proquest a lot when I was in college. Try the library of a public university. They should have several databases like Proquest on their systems. The same library might also have hard copies of journals as well on the same subject.

Don't have a webiste, however there is a book called "Management - Leading people and Organizations in the 21st century" by Gary Dessler. Book is excellent.
