If you are using IE 7 , go to Tools --> Delete Browsing History... It will delete typed URLs, History, cookies, saved forms data and saved passwords. You can delete everything or delete only selected things.
If you use IE 6, upgrade to IE 7 at http://www.microsoft.com/ie or use some external program like PC-tools Privacy Guardian. You can get it at http://www.pc-tools.com/ .
On the otherhand, if you use Mozilla firefox just press Ctrl+Shift+Del to clear all you private data.
