1. They could sell only products manufactured in the USA!!!!
2. They could have more cashiers, they certainly have the registers.
3. They could have associates who are on the sales floor who can speak and understand English. I have had them tell me, "No Speaky Engluch"
4. I can never find an associate in any department when I am trying to locate something. They need more floor associates.
5. Most of their associates are not friendly or know how to interact with a customer.
6. They could pay their associates more money per hour and get a better qualified person to do the job.
7. The stores are usually very dirty by mid day........this is due to the fact they do not hire enough floor people..........
8. When trying to shop in the clothing aisles they are so so crowded you can't move through the hanging clothes.
9. Their shelving and displays are way to high for a normal height person to reach a product.........and there is not any associate in sight.
10.You can take your prescription in to the pharmacy.....and they don't fill it for a day..............You can call your prescription in to the pharmacy............tell them the day and time you will pick it up..........when you get there..........it still has to be filled.......they do not have enough pharmacists or associates in the pharmacy.......
11.Most of the time I could pay the same price at another store.........their prices aren't that cheap........it is only you can do one stop shop in a mad house.
12.They don't consider the small member families.........they package everything for large member families.
The above reasons are why I only go into Wal-Mart about 2 times a year. |

Treat their employees better and give them health care,not say it is for employees that work over 30 hours and then schedule them for 29 or whatever it is.
Not sell clothes made in sweatshops or in countries that use poisonous chemicals that can harm us.
Clean their stores and get rid of that horribly blinding flourescent lighting.
Maybe if the employees morale were better we would get better customer service there. Any time I have ever been there I have been ignored, or told I don't know, or when I asked for someone to get something for me they left and never came back. |

I don't know. I think the biggest complaint with Walmart is customer service.
However, I get mad at the other customers in there as a customer myself, so I can only imagine what employees put up with, and I can't really blame them for not caring after a while. The prices are great. And I just want to get in and out, so I don't really care if the customer service is great. The only part that sucks is sometimes the wait in line to get checked out is a little long. I'd rather them stop paying some dumb@ss to stand at the door to say hello and pay another person to be on a cashier. I can get my own cart, thank you! |
