Razior | How can you keep your employees from being motivate to other companies? |
In this 21st century, people often come and go and that includes employees. My Question is, is there any ways (as much as possible) to not to be motivated to other companies. |

Give them a reason to be loyal to the present company. People basically do not like change. It puts them in an uncomfortable position. But when the outside looks better than the inside, they look outside. Motivation does not necessarily involve money. It is a feeling that they belong, they are wanted, they make a difference. Give them that feeling and a competitive wage, people will stay. |

NOTHING BETTER THAN CASH to keep a good employee.
Cash when he is productive, cash for not being absent, cash when he makes good coffee for you,..... |

since its an emplyees market out there, unless you are the best job then some turn over is to be expected. if you pay low and treat them just normal then you can expect people to move |

Keep your employees happy.
Pay them a competitive salary. Treat them with respect. Compliment them when they do good work. Give them small gifts for certain occasions like birthdays and once in a while just to show appreciation. have pension and other fringe benefits. Reward them for longevity by such means as bonuses or additional vacation time. Have an annual picnic or party. Recognize important events such as birth, marriage and religious holidays.
Do all of that and I might work for you too. |
