Before they can sue, they have to prove that they are making false statements. As long as that Apple can list several items that Apple does better than PC, the suit does not have merit. It really does not make a difference that the items listed are insignificant to most users, all there needs to be is something that works better. Although I am a PC and Linux bigot, I do feel that Vista is lacking in many ways.
Plus their lawyeers can beat up anybody elses lawyers.

Microsoft only has one competitor ...Apple. Under the Clinton administration, Microsoft was brought to court because the Government said it was a monopoly. The government sued Microsoft, but the suit was dismissed in the Bush administration. Microsoft actually helps, Apple and has given it money to help its operating system. Windows operating systems are owned by Microsoft.
