Write up a resume about yourself and give it in to a member of staff in an Abercrombie & Fitch store! The point is in shops like A&F, they want young, dynamic and pretty people working there, it's all part of their brand. So your resume doesn't really need to be that businesslike and formal, you just need to properly sell yourself, tell them why you'd be perfect etc. Really think about what a shop like A&F wants.
And by the way, it's no urban myth that A&F choose people upon looks sometimes - they do, so it'll help if you look the part :D

You don't need a resume (unless you're applying for management) there's an online application. When you go to the store they may recruit you and give you a password to apply online. If you want to apply (and you're 18) just go the the computer in store and apply.
