There are many ways to get a product cheaper some of them are good ways and some of them are not very good as an example, I know about a big company that a lot people go and buy their groceries there cause of the cheaper prices but the way they have this prices are cause they hire young people to work part time and they dont pay them their benefits as they would have to pay to people who work full time.I also read about another company that doesnt pay taxes of course they dont produce here but they produce in some other country and in that country the dont pay any taxes going against the laws and their main market is the USA. So u see there are bad ways to make a product cheaper. What I suggested u is to reduce ur costs as much as u can by the good ways, u can start making a yearly estimate, and buying materials in big proportions then u also can save some money in your administrative expenses as an example supplies for your office etc.
