How do get rid of a very dumm boss?
my boss is very young and very dumm. We talked to corporate and others. She is ruining the place over the last few month. And she still gets her butt pampered. We are responsible for all of her work and she just sits around and do nothing. Besides don't do her job anymore, are there somebody higher than corporate to see what she's doing to the company? Where else can we find help? How can she fool everybody? She is a pathological lier. I am out of answers.

It sounds like you have a personal problem with her. Maybe you don't, but as long as it SOUNDS like you do, upper management will not take your complaints very seriously.
Unless you have some documented wrongdoing on her part, learn to accept the fact that she will be there. Then decide if you really want that job, or else look elsewhere.

Is she willing to sit down and talk with all of you? If so, ask her why it appears to all of you that she does so little work. There may be a reason why that you aren't aware of yet. If you truly believe she is a pathological liar, are you basing this thought on resentment of her status or because it's true? Communication with your boss is the best way to address your issues with her.
