Find out whether or not the company is registered with the Better Business Bureau (they should be), file a formal complaint with the BBB, warn everyone you know about the place, fax them an explanation of why you do not owe the fees and what actions you are prepared to take if they pursue the matter further, then transfer whatever balance you may have to a different card so you don't have to bother with them anymore. |

I would personally ask to speak to management, tell them all calls are being documented, hold times and all information in the calls. Then tell them if they do not take immediate action to not only correct their errors but compensate you, that the following will happen.
1. Your account will be closed bu you
2. The better business bureau will be contacted and given all information about the company's dealings with your account.
3. You are getting legal representation to clear up the matter since the company wont handle it in a professional way.
Make sure to keep your cool and follow through on all of this or they will continue to abuse you and others in the future.

Your best bet is to go on the internet, get the address of the company, and try to get the name of a bigwhig to address it to. It probably won't go to that person, but still it shows you are serious.
If you're going to be taken seriously, though, it has to be in writing (in respectful language) and sent snail mail. |

When it comes to complaining to a credit card company, what they do for you really depends on how long you have been with them. If they are suppose to credit you, you can try contacting them over the phone or you can email them. The email for me seems to be the most effective way. Pretty much all the time, I get what I demand. |
