A contract is a binding agreement between two or more persons that is enforceable by law. You cannot "get out" of it easily, you need the agreement of the other party. That's why it's a contract.
Contact them and say that you wish to cease the arrangement. Don't be surprised if they charge you a fee for this, they could if they wanted insist on you keeping to the contract you have accepted.

You agreed to the stipulations of the contract, so you owe the money. Sorry.

If the service is bad, report them to trdaing standards who will take up your case, if they agree the serivce is bad. This should make the phone company drop you like a hot potato.
If it is just bad in your opinion, then you will have to pay.

U cant get out of the contract. Unles u signed it less than 7days ago, in which u have a cooling off period.
Sadly, cell phone contracts are the contracts with the least loopholes - pure concrete.
U could of course get legal advise, but that will prob end up costing u more than ur cell phone bill each month.
The best is to get prepaid and save money for a new phone.
no idea?????
if you are on contract for a period of a year post ad offering 35.00 to take over contract . easiest way out
