Unless you start your own business, you start at the bottom and work your way up. It helps to pick up a couple of college degrees (or more) along the way... a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, and an MBA (Master of Business Administration). Maybe a degree in law (JD) as well.
Just make sure you take Business Ethics 101 along the way so you don't pull another Enron.
