I would keep quiet around my boss.
Any time my co-workers decide to talk about sex, I would make an excuse such as, "I have a lot of work to do." or "I have to use the lady's room."
I would not be around whenever any co-worker is talking about sex because it can be used against you in the workplace. That subject is off-limit in the workplace.
Stay away from HR department because HR department is there to assist managers in helping firing employees. Don't ever complain about anything to HR department. HR department is known for firing people. |

sue. Do you not own a phone or a camera that you can set up w/o causing attention to your self?? Tell your boss man that u are concerned...you feel that u r always taking the heat for things is their something more or a better plan that u can do to make more of a positive impression so u do not feel like u r not doing the job right. of course be super professional.If he starts to react negatively,now is the time to say...that u are in a situation with co employers that talk about sex all the time& u feel uncomfortable is their something he can DO ABOUT THAT?!? Of course you want to record the employees for a while and make notes and a log of times before in case you are fired on the spot& if that happens then you now for sure that u have a million dollar case..and walk staight to an attorney with your notes and records!! |

If you feel your being singled out of picked on by your boss, Get facts and document!!!!! The same with the sex talk that makes you uncomfortable. Both are form of harassment and if both are true and provable. your Human Resource department has to do something to resolved these issues.. I not. you have legal recourse |

As far as your boss goes, if you've tried talking to him already, go to his boss. For the sex talk, report it to your boss and to HR. Being subjected to a "hostile" work environment is a form of harassment and it needs to be dealt with. |

maybe he is prepping you to be a manager. OR maybe you are a big push over tell him to F*ck off and you quit. hmm that's kind of intense..if its really bad ask him if you could have a meeting with him, then let him know you dont feel like he is treating you fairly if he doesn't change report his *** to HR* |
