You'd be surprised how many top exec's never use email. The biggest companies have entire teams of assistants to answer phones, open mail, etc.
If you want to get a message to one of those honcho's, or at least to one of their assistants, registered/certified mail is the way to go. That way you'll know that at least someone acknowledged receipt. |

although companies seem to think they are smart, they made up of regular people
1. get the name of the person you are trying to reach
2. get a the address of a regular employee at ford
employees usually have access to a company directory, see if u can get it that way
3. use the name of the person u want to reach in the format of the regular employee's email adress
if the officer has two names, you may want to try all three
or play around with initials
if they have numbers in their emails, then good luck, but usually the format for email addresses is very easy. |

Try the annual report and sometimes you may find it.
Contact the Investor Relations and usually the number will be listed in the company's site..
Look in Yahoo finance section for Ford. You may also find some important information about the officers of the company.
Hoover's directory also publishes the names of the officers and the members of the board. Though you may not get the e-Mail address you will get the key telephone numbers. You need to follow through.
