Check insider trading info at MSN money, or another financial website... they tell who is getting shares and who is getting rid of shares.... you can also get names and boiler plate info on the other officers.

G'day John,

Thank you for your question.

There are a number of locations where you can find out information about businesses. One is in annual reports and others are in the financial press such as the Wall Street Journal or the business section of your local paper.

There are also a number of good finance sites such as those below. Good luck with your investments.

Yahoo Finance is the probably the easiest to use.

Find the quote for the company and in the left hand margin click on profile and then look on the right hand side of the page for a list of the top executive officers of the company.

Look at the Proxy Statement in the SEC filings. Its Form DEF-14A. Just type in the company name or ticker symbol in the SEC website below and you can find all the filings. It will also tell you the compensation for all the officers of the company and the Board of Directors.

Try the reference section of the local library -they have all sorts of directories ; or look up companies online .
