How do you get someone "Unfired"?
What should I tell my boss that will make him unfire my supervisor?
My supervisor just got fired because he was standing up for his people. For example he would try to move employees around to jobs they liked instead of keeping that at a spot they hated. When I put a resignation in because the manager kept denying me time off, yet gave all the teeny boppers all the days off they wanted he talked me in to staying and helped catch the manager in lies while in the human resources office. Any ways the two managers hated him because of this and many more situations concerning standing up for "his people" he called us. While the president of the company was gone the two managers fired him and did not give him a reason other than "We feel you heart is not in your job". We had a feeling they were going to fire him so I got a paper together with about 60 names on it stating he is an outstanding supervisor and am going to present it to the president tomorrow. (He returned today)
sounds like your best bet is to show the pres your petition, and let him know how you personally feel about your supe.

they won't hire him back. They will want to look as if they did something right. What you are doing is brave, but have second opinions about the possible repercussions. Perhaps you can resign in sympathy with your supervisor if you like to, but this may affect your refrences later on.
