How do you report a company to the Better Business Bureau, and what can they do for you?
If they are a member of the BBB, you call the branch they are a member of and they are required to resolve the issue in one way or another.
If they are not members of the BBB, they can tell the company of the complaint, but have no way to make them do anything. Members can lose membership with unresloved issues.

All of our complaints have to be done in writing. You can contact your local BBB and they will lead you to the correct BBB and answer any of your questions.

First you can go here to report them
.http://www.bbb.org/
They can. It depends really. If the company really don't care to help then they don't have too. Most companies do not want a bad name so they try to resovle the issue. However in the real world... :o) some people just don't care..
