Simple, like everyone else starts big companies, small, then working your way up. Bid lowest on the contracts Boeing sells off, maybe even bid at a loss if that's what it takes to win. After a while offer your services direct. Before long you're company will be trusted and Boeing will have to bid at a loss to compete with your smaller company until they go out of business. im sure a degree or good general knowledge of the product you are going to be selling will help but so long as you have lots of money you can always just hire proffesionals do the figuring out anyways. |

Business Admin would be a big help. Running a huge company for a few decades would give you some experience.
It will take billions so you will need to convince a lot of people that it will be profitable. If you want to be a part owner you will need to have your own money too so you can buy in.
Write a business plan and start presenting it to investors. How much market is there for another airplane builder? Where will it be and why that location? Where will you find the skills you need to build your aircraft? Union or non union? Buy out an existing business or start from scratch? If buying out a business why wouldn't yours fail too?
Once you have assembled the money, land, buildings, crafts people, designers and customers you can commence building planes. |
