For a standard business letter you put:

Date

Your name and address

The person to whom you are writing and their address

Dear _____:

JBWPLGCSE
Start off by saying Dear, (to whom ever) and tell them what you want them to know.

Red, eh sorry about the answers to date!

Your address should be stated at the top right hand side or at the top centre of the page. The recevivers address should be beneeth that to the left:----

[On the right side or centre] [Your address]

[Receiver's address] [stays on left]

Date

Re: [car loan]

Dear [ ],

[text]

Yours faithfully [if you are not writing to a person] or [yours sincerely - if it is a person]

It's that simple!

Your receiver's address goes in the top left corner before the body of the letter. Your name and address can go in the letterhead or header, or it can go in the footer if you prefer.

Adress
Date
(Skip one line)
Then put the name of who you are writing
Their address.
(skip one line)
Dear (Dr./Mrs./Mr.),

To finish the letter:
Sincerely,

(4-6 spaces Sign your name in here)

Jane M. Doe.
