You can't be CEO by birth, it needs a full fledged, a thorough knowledge, well talented, familiar with complete operation of the company, its up and down, its production and revenue generated portfolio, market mechanism, escalator behavior of your competitors, complete follow up with rules and regulation, timely submission of company balance sheet to the concerned authority, thorough knowledge of staff and management, regular understanding about the company's structure and its proper adjustment as and when needed.These are the segments which a CEO needs to understand and he or she can survive if he is in regular to observe about his competitors and accept the change and capability to adapt the changed behavior of market economy and its adjustment as and when needed.
Staff and management understanding, their performance and proper recognition are also plays a very pivotal and vital role in a company structure which a CEO should understand. |
