How does congress bailout the financial crisis without the taxpayers money? ?
Are there any corporate American heroes? What if several corporations would come together and buy up the loans to relieve the immediate problem and make a meager profit later? Any Ideas? What strategies might work? Without congress using taxpayers money for this bailout?

It doesn't. Taxpayer money will be required.

There aren't any corporate American heroes in this mess.

The profitable corporations aren't willing because they aren't in business to make "meager profits later" and unless they are already in the banking business don't want to have to get the approvals and then conform to a new set of rules and regulations they know nothing about.

This is a case where only the federal government has both the means and the will to do the job.

Those holding the bad mortgages are looking at the lesser of two evils -- a federal bailout where they have to take substantial write offs because they will have to sell off a lot of mortgages at far less than the net present value or probably going bankrupt.

Believe me no one wants to use the taxpayer's money for the bailout, but no one has come up with a viable alternative that will keep the US economy from collapsing.

Hope this helps

The first thing that needs to be done is to stop all currency trading and speculation.

Them nationalize the banks and mortgage companies that are in trouble. Dissolve the Federal Reserve. Put the system in the hands of people with proven track records, not just connections or (shudder) MBAs.

Shut down the stock markets until the mortgage mess is stabilized. Then start bringing things back up to speed.

This is just one more scam our government is perpetrating on the taxpayers to protect the wealthy elitists, a handful of industrialists, oil barons, swindling mortgage lenders, incompetent investment brokers and greedy bankers. None of that money will ever be returned to the American treasury; it will all be swept under the rug once the immediate brouhaha ends and people forget about it as they go about their daily lives struggling to made ends meet. And the billionaire bankers, hedge fund speculators, investment brokers and politicians will laugh all the way to the bank while American taxpayers - once again - suck on the hind teat. 'Bail outs' are only a bandage for a severe head wound. The worst economic depression in U.S. history will strike by October, 2009 - and tens of millions will be out of work; hundreds of banks will fail; the American dollar will be even more worthless than it is now, and the U.S.A. will crumble into a debt-ridden, economically-exhausted, two-tiered society: those who are very, very rich and - the rest of us - the very, very poor.
There are no American corporate 'heroes'. The real 'heroes' are the small, independently-owned business leaders who have a stake in their communities and put ethics above profits. 'Big business' doesn't do that - I don't care what their soft-and-cuddly advertising claims.
Arrogance, avarice, gluttony and hubris have driven us to this brink. Unless "we the people" get off our butts, put down our remotes, and DEMAND to take our country back from the power brokers, we will find ourselves being ruled by despots within a generation. -RKO- 09/28/08

How often do criminals help out their partners in crime if it does not promote their own health and status?

What profit is their in continuing to create financial enslavement of people?

When the majority of people are simply trying to not drown, how easy is it for manipulative enslavers to get them to agree to accepting bondage in return for relieving them of the effort required to swim to shore?

Why have so many never learned to swim for themselves?

Why do we always fail to search out the causes that created the problems in the first place, instead of waiting for people to reach the bottom of the cliff and then bandaging their wounds?

Why are we not at the top of such cliffs, trying to help them see reason, and instructing them with insight that enables them to live happy rewarding lives?

Perhaps it is because we have failed to open our own eyes.

Perhaps it is because we have not looked within ourselves to learn real solutions.

It has been said that if one is not part of the solution, one is helping to create the problem.

There is no middle ground, one cannot stand by innocently.

We may tremble with fear, but that alone is no excuse for failing to move forward into the light of awareness.

We have to increase our awareness to the maximum extent possible to abolish slavery to ignorance and reactive insanity. Only then can one act responsibly with insight and wisdom.

Sorry, I don't feel sorry for the banks.. when I see..
This months Payment Posted $600.00..... Interest Paid $597.00 Principle Paid $3.00.... You now owe $3.00 less on your origional loan balance, and just 357 more payments to make until your loan is paid in full.. I'd really like to know though how the banks can be loosing with this set up, especially after only over a few years..

Congress could force the lenders to put the interest rates on these loans about to Foreclose to the avg national mortgage rate.. Apply any over interest payments toward missed payments, extend out the final payment date, and let the people at least try to keep their homes.

Congress, and other high paid officials, could tighten their (budget belts), and give up a few trips, meals, parties, First Class flights, nonsense progects, bonuses, raises, trim down budgets on a few non critical projects or foreign aid, and they could take some of it out of Obama's and McCains Campaign budgets,(We all know them now anyway and there is already tons of stuff we can see reruns of on CNN, and Fox, and MSNBC)

OR even better.. Congress can take action against the oil companies, who have been gouging people, and collect the fines from them..

Or they could reallocate briefly a small portion of any POWERBALL lottery earnings to help cover it..

Or people like Bill Gates, T Boone Pickens ect, can create a Foundation or fund that helps out the American people who want to help themselves instead of Funding people overseas.

The banks could open the bundles, and make a list of each individual property that is foreclosed on and currently unsold, and then put them on auction on EBAY..US, UK, China, Mexico, Europe, Australia, Japan, and whatever ones I left out to recoup some money.
.
It could be a mystery auction, because the buyers wouldn't know what they are getting..PAYPAL ONLY..IMMEDIATE PAYMENT REQUIRED. SOLD AS IS..No RETURNS
I can see it now... BUY A HOME IN THE US.. Opening Bid $1

. There are all kinds of ways to raise money to pay for this, it is just easier the way it is done now..

AB
Right now, the details are that the government will try to help the people keep the homes that are being foreclosed on that they are purchasing plus the companies are going to have to help pay back the amount that they are given in 5 years if the government doesn't make it back.
