Retail is the easiest part of business to get into. do you wanna work for a store or own one? if you wanna be a regular employee then just go down to sears or something and apply for a job. tell them you can work weekends and nights and your a shoe in.
if you wanna move up from there good luck. i don't recommend retail cause it's too annoying. you gotta work every holiday.
i recommend the bank cause you have off weekends, work nice hours and |

If you are interested in working in retail most times it's just as easy as filling out an application and doing well on a job interview. If you are interested in getting your product to be sold by retailers you would have to contact the buyers at their national headquarters. If you want to be come a retail manager or buyer, most large stores will want a college degree plus some hands on experience at a lower level while you were obtaining your degree. |

Depends on what type of work you're looking for, and your work/educational history. If you're just out of high school with no work experience - you're not likely to be hired as a regional buyer. But you can easily walk up to any customer service desk and ask about applying for a cashier job. If you have a college education, with or without job experience, then make a resume, and mail it or deliver it in person. Check the corporate website for the retail company for which you wish to work - most of the time they'll have job listings available. |
