Target cleaner with wider aisles than Wal-Mart.
Better uniforms for associates at Target.
The parking lots are infinitely better and cleaner at Target than at Wal-Mart.
Classier advertising with Target than Wal-Mart--Get rid of the cheesy bouncy yellow smiley ball. Sometimes though the artsy fartsy-ness of Target ones are nauseating, but I prefer them to Wal-Mart.
Target does a better job of advertising their philanthropy and if they have lawsuits they keep them quieter than Wally World. |

This is why I think Target is better than Walmart: Besides the fact that Target is nicer, cleaner, neater, and the people are generally friendlier, here is my story...Last X-mas I went to Walmart to buy my daughter a pair of tights for her dress. Well, they only had 3 packs of tights left. I was fine with purchasing the 3 pack for the 1 pair I needed. However, every single 3 pack was ripped open and 1 or 2 were stolen. Seriously! Im the whole effin store I couldn't get a single pair of tights! So, a month or so goes by, and after swearing off Walmart, I tried again. This time just buying snacks for my daughters b-day party. While Im standing in line to pay for my items, a man runs by and shoves me out of the way to get out the door with a womans purse who is screaming and running after him with her 2 children. What was done? Nothing. He ran out the door and got away! So, I have officially sworn off nasty Walmart. Target may be more expensive, but at least you can get a pair of tights! |

well walmart is digusting, and everytime I go in there, I feel like I need to go home and take a shower, and target is way cleaner, and you can actually use the restroom in that store, and more people speak english in there! |

target is more expensive , they dont offer as much , targets are usually bigger and more spaced out , but id much rather have a bigger variety of things to buy , cheaper prices and stuff like that. |

Target does not get every one of their products from China. Also, Wal-mart has been known to force manufacturers to make lower quality versions of their products exclusively for Wal-Mart, while Target sells standards versions. |

Including what doublewidemama said, Target has classier clientele. If I have the misfortune of having to park in a shopping center where a Wal-Mart is I have to continuously be on my guard and of course fend off the beggars. |

Target is smaller in store locations, widely existed in middle-class area that's why explained for the expensive prices. Wal-mart where as have a location almost everywhere, bigger, more workers, more items, cheaper since they get to bargain for the product prices with the producers. |
