I usually do well with six or seven. Sometimes I get by with only two or three but that takes a toll within a few days. I work away from home so when I'm at work I usually try to get 7 or 8 if I can but I go to bed early to do that because I have to get up at 4:45 AM. At home it's usually the six hours.
I guess it all depends on what's going on and what's important at the time. |

With the way I have been feeling lately I have been getting at least 6 hours at that! There are days that I want to sleep all day where I don't even want to get up. But the recommened hours of sleep is 8hrs. |
