thank you to the idiots who answered my question. 5 minutes of research on my own, led me to sbux investor relations, end of year fiscal 06, sbux had 12,440 stores. They opend just over 2,100 in fiscal 2006, so I ballpark it that we are looking at somwhere between 13-15,000 stores worldwide right now.
I guess i need to qualify my questions with: "idiots need not answer."

A former member of the Wu-Tang Clan is trying to visit every Starbucks location in the world. So far, he has been to 7302 locations worldwide, but is not yet finished. In the US, he has visited 6845 stores so far, and still has to visit 4.2% of the US stores. |
