Best Buy and Office Max's pay scales depend on which department you work in. Computer technicians, PC salespeople, and Magnolia salespeople all make the most. They make around $9.00-11.50 part time, and about $12-15 per hour full time.

Best buy has some sort of commission program (not much though).
Menards you get a discount on purchases but you can only buy as much as that week's paycheck. That keeps people from taking a part time job with the intention of buying all the lumber for a new house at a discount. You could still buy all the lumber for a new house with the discount--but it would take YEARS.
