Don’t know in seconds, but we pay for the services of Mobile Phone Networks 4 times of the value cost. All governments have the same problem: if they demand a fair price to us, they will have reduction on taxes and very high prices for the frequency licences paid by these companies; although governments are trying to reduce prices in some areas like: roaming.
The companies argue that the prices are related to the risk of business and the upfront payment of the licenses; we know that this reason was valid 5-6 years ago, as it’s a fact now that the Mobile phone business is here to stay.
