Never, as a matter of fact is the best. The other day I bought a book and received it in good condition as I was told. The next two months I received an email from them saying that "most of the people who bought that book also bought another one, which they show me and I bought it and its helping me tremendously, its like they are working for me. Good prices and good service. |

I've never had a problem with Amazon, but I've had issues with registered book sellers through Amazon Marketplace. |

VERY reliable.. I had a situation where I bought a book, but the seller never shipped it and cancelled their account. It took a couple of months, but after research, Amazon put the money back into my bank account. no questions asked. |

I've bought about 50-60 books from them, and never had a problem.
I mostly buy used books, so they're being sent from regular people, not actually from amazon, so in that way, it's a lot like ebay, so it's possible to get stung, but I haven't yet. |

I've bought books, CDs, DVDs and even food from them for years with no problems.
I do NOT however, buy items on- line that have size issues . . . that is complicated even in stores where you can try them on.
One item I wanted tho, did not have the run time specs (looking for Long Way Round / 10 hr version) & the rep said I had 30 days to return it , if it was not the item I was seeking.
So far, so good but now Jeff is going to outer space, so who knows what will happen :D ! |
