Well to start with buddy, you would have to prove yourself with in the comapny your working for right now.. that you have what it takes to rise, If that can be seen by any one and every one working with you.. You will be rising like anything because you will have performance & results along with data to prove your work history.
As soon as you rise with in your company, you will have other companies looking at you as a positive profitable investment and why the F wouldnt they hire you??
Let me give you an example of my known who was working as a manager for one of the departments with HP and got hired as Director for softwares & peripherals with DELL.. thats because Dell knew this person had it in him.
