It varies by state, but you can go to your state's website for the dept of state and some tell you how to do it |

Your secretary of state can help you out with that. Go to yahoo and type <state name> secretary of state (inserting the name of your state for the <state name>). There you can incorporate a not for profit, a for profit corporation, a limited liabilty corporation, etc. Hope that helps you out, let me know if you have more questions. |

It depends on the State/Country you want to establish the business. Normally, you must prepare the articles of incorporation that a lot of times are preformatted or you ask the assistance of your lawyer and they'll do the rest for you. |
