Go to the Office of the Registrar of Companies at Chennai (for address check telephone directory).Get requisite forms.Check availability of the Name of the Firm you wish to register.Fill them up.Get at least 3 more people to sign (as Secretary,Chairman,Committee Member,etc).Pay Requisite fees.Wait for Incorporation Certificate.Than with a copy of the Incorporation certificate and a resolution of the Board of Directors, authorising you or Mr.a., Mr.b., or Mr.C to operate a Bank Account Open one.
