You, my friend, are doomed!
A boss is boss by virtue of their position, regardless of how smart or dumb they are. The boss is also always right because they are the boss. When a boss screws up, it's the boss aboves job to notice, not the person below. You don't "tackle" a boss, that's the one sure way to never, ever succeed in the workplace!
You might not think that's "fair", but business isn't about being fair, it's about doing business.
You give a boss what a boss wants. If you have a crappy boss, go work somewhere else! If you think you'd make a better boss, then learn it, do it! Being a good boss is about people skills, and although you might very well have great people skills, you didn't use any of them in formulating your question!
You should remember you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar, and you should read "How to Win Friends & Influence People" by Dale Carnegie.

such bosses are always cowards. They have lot of weak points. first we have to find out there weak points. then its very easy to make them fool.

Get a new job. Become a boss by being self employed. Entrenched bosses for whatever the resons e.g. inherited wealth etc are hard to dislodge. Life is too short and time to precious to waste on trivialities. |
