For something's they work great, but a majority of the time they just irk me and I say stupid stuff until a human picks up. How much money are they really saving by using automated voice....
I guess you can't. I Googled it and didn't come up with anything. From personal experience it sounds like a bill collector kind of number.

put it into google

You can't. It's one of those million numbers that belongs to an automated computer calling system. You can report it to the national do not call list, but then they just move it to the next number on their system.

Call the number and find out.

you can enter the number into google, and see if anyone's got the number listed on a website - it will come up if so.
I searched this number, and found that there are others who have received a call from it, but they obviously didn't answer since they don't know who it was from either.
1-866 numbers are toll-free numbers (like 1-800) and can originate from anywhere in North America. It's usually phone solicitors, debt collectors, and promotional companies that use these 1-866 and so on prefixes.
Don't worry about it, if it was important and related to you specifically instead of a phone list situation, then you will get another call.
