This is for business class??? Wal-mart, like them or not, had one of the most successful business models of modern times. A legitimate project about them would include both what they may have done right & wrong & why, not automatically be 'against' them. The items you listed are VERY subjective & sound like typical 'I hate Wal-mart' propaganda. If your teacher assigned this project with these parameters he/she sounds like another stupid, marxist (sorry, stupid & marxist is redundant) jerk.

I would ask a communist teacher who loves to hate America for advice.

they also have a really bad rep for not treating there employers very well, they cheat them out of health insurance and dont pay them very well. you should check out the movie " wal-mart: the high cost of low prices" really shows a good example of how bad wal-mart is.

ive been shopping walmart for years and really have had no problems with products so i cant go there, however a good arguement is why are they only worried about register lines?everytime it gets busy in a walmart they expect floor associates (even though there is never enough floor associates ) to come running and help on the register which is quite often by the way ,which leaves the customers still shopping and needing customer assistance, left with little or no help.the amount of employees they hire is only based upon each departement.which is unrealistic, because we are required to help everywhere else too.when customers complain about this exactly how are we to answer them?yes it is important to get customers through the line in an effecient time.but at the cost of the customers still shopping ..does that mean that they are less important until they go to the register?you would think walmart would rethink the whole hiring process and let each store be able to hire more associates. or at the very least more cashiers,so the floor associates could do their jobs keeping the shelves full and helping customers on the floor.i wont even bother mentioning the pay, because we all know about that.dont get me wrong i do enjoy the job...its just sometime the company leaves me scratching my head in confusion

how could you be against Wal-Mart. The most successful store ever. loved by most of its customers and employees.
The quality of products in Wal-Mart match Target and other low end stores.
