enough is enough, I have heard that most people that have been with sprint have had nothing but grief. being disconnected for just making simple inquires,crazy things like that.its like they want your money but don't want to back up their own service. dump them |

No, if youve been having problems for 5 years, youve only had good service 4 years. Id tell them its wrong, you wanta know why your service got bad?If it cant be fixed, your gonna change telephone services. |

I hate to say it, but if your service with sprint is bad, I'd say it's very unlikely that others will provide any better. Personally I've been with Cingular (way back when it was cingular) and have been with Sprint many years. Sprint has horrible customer service, but if you call the right numbers, they'll do ANYTHING to make you happy. I'm on a family plan and get an amazing deal. Anytime I'm not totally happy I can call and complain and they'll give me more stuff free. I don't try to take advantage of them, but sometimes its nice to be appreciated for being a dedicated customer. Being with them for 9 years, they will bend over backwards to please you. Try calling them and explain the situation and trust me, it'll work out. |

Why not tell then to take a hike? You have no obligation to them, especially if they do not meet your needs. |

There are enough choices, as far as service providers go, to not be stuck in a bad cell phone situation. Do it and be happy.
If you are still stuck under a contract you might want to try something like celltrade or other similar service to get from under an onerous contact. |
