I'm the Assistant Manager at my job and I've been having alot of problems with another one of my Managers that works under me. She and I made the mistake of trading jabs on MySpace and we both ended-up complaining to our Boss about it. So he got the District Manager and Human Resources involved, they came down to our work and interviewed us both and took a look at all the printouts we had from MySpace and they decided to suspend me for 1 week "pending an investigation." They then told me to turn in my company credit card and my keys and asked me to report back to the store Monday at 9AM. Their biggest issue was that it wasn't very professional for a Manager to be fraternizing with his employees online. (1st amendment, what?) When I got home I called the benefits line and was told that my coverage had been cancelled that same day, what the....? I'm completely confused, I feel like they're gonna fire me, so why are they waiting? Has anyone else had experience with a similiar situation?

And yes...I have been looking for a new job, LOL! I'm not THAT dumb, I'm just worried no one's gonna call me for an interview, the economy sucks right now.
